Shipping policy

Shipping

A quiet guide to how a United and Brave® order travels, from checkout to arrival.

Find your order's current stage. Each stage below describes that moment, and any step you might need to take.

  • 1–5 to ship (business days)
  • 7–20 in transit within the US (business days)
  • 10–25 in transit to other countries (business days)

Timeframes

In business days, beginning on the ship date.
Stage or service US International
Before it ships each order 1–5 days
Standard delivery 7–20 days 10–25 days
Free shipping 7–25 days
Expedited if offered 7–15 days 10–20 days

Free or expedited

  • Free shipping. Seven to twenty-five business days. The cost stays at nothing because orders are processed and sent by the lowest-cost routes we can find, so yours may wait a little before it moves. If it hasn't shipped yet, there is nothing to worry about. It will still reach you inside the window.
  • Expedited shipping. Offered only now and then. Keeping each item affordable means most orders can't go this way. If offered, it appears among the shipping choices at checkout. Seven to fifteen business days to a US address, ten to twenty for international ones.

The stages

  1. Day 0, checkout

    Your order is in

Your confirmation email arrives right away. Any delivery date shown at checkout is confirmed there. That email's date is what counts, rather than an estimate seen while browsing.

  2. Days 1–5, preparation

    Packed and handed over

Every order ships within one to five business days after you order. Many leave sooner. When it ships, a confirmation with tracking is emailed to the address used at checkout.

You can simply wait. Business days are weekdays only, Monday to Friday. Weekends don't count toward any window here.

  3. Fifth business day, nothing yet

    Look in spam

If the fifth business day has passed and no tracking number has come, it is often in the spam folder, or junk. Filters catch shipping confirmations quite often.

It can help to search your mail for “United and Brave®”. If it isn't anywhere, write to support@unitedandbrave.com. We will find it and resend.

  4. Sixth business day, not shipped

    Already being handled

When an order hasn't left by the sixth business day, the team is already aware, and the delay has gone to the fulfilment team. You needn't contact us.

Then allow three more business days. Within that time, you'll be emailed an update plus tracking.

  5. On its way

    Quiet tracking

Tracking that doesn't change is expected while a US parcel is seven to twenty business days along, or an international one is ten to twenty-five. It isn't a fault. There are four usual reasons.

    1. A late first scan. Often the first scan waits until the parcel reaches a nearby regional hub. At busy times, parcels are handled in bulk, and that can take time. Until then, receipt isn't formally confirmed by the carrier.
    2. A scan only at delivery. Some routes have just one scan, when the parcel arrives.
    3. A slow database. Tracking records can update after the parcel has already moved on.
    4. No tracking at all. Some shipments, often Standard International, can't be tracked. They are still coming, and will be with you by the twentieth business day, or the twenty-fifth abroad.
  6. Beyond twenty (US) or twenty-five (international) business days

    Allow a little longer

If there's still no movement by then, allow five more business days. Almost every late order lands right at that point, or a little after.

  7. Beyond thirty (US) or thirty-five (international) business days

    With the fulfilment manager

We'd rather you didn't worry. A team watches over delays of that size, and now it is passed to the fulfilment manager, who will resolve it.

Thank you for being patient while it is investigated. Expect an email from us within two to five business days.

Separately: if thirty days have passed since purchase, the order is still missing, and tracking has no delivery on record, you can receive a free replacement. See the refund policy for details.

How dates are worked out

We add transit time to the projected date of shipping.

  • Transit time follows your chosen speed.
  • Transit uses business days only, skipping weekends, unless checkout gave you the choice of weekend delivery.
  • Holidays are taken into account.
  • The “order within” countdown is the time remaining if you want it delivered by the date on screen. The date may still change until the order is complete.

Remember: the confirmation email carries your confirmed date of delivery. If another estimate differs, follow the email.
